There is a lovely boating lake with Swans, Canadian Geese and a large waterfall. You can take a walk along peasholm glen, here you will see ducks, squirrels and carved wooden figures. There is also a mini golf a seasonal café and toilet. There is a bridge which takes you over the lake to the Japanese island walk. Also there is a floating bandstand on the lake and many afternoons in the summer months you can be entertained free of charge. There is a Naval Warfare re enactment also in the summer months for a small charge. This is well worth a visit.

This is a very hilly park with fantastic views from the very top and at the bottom a playground area for little tots and older children. The very top also is more like a meadow with a circle of large rocks overlooking the town and the sea.

This is quite a large store which sell food, clothes, electrical items bedding etc. It has a very café which overlooks the carpark and into the store. There is also an Argos within this store
