Walking
The stunning natural coastline of Ceredigion can be enjoyed from the coastal path. Dolphins can frequently be seen as well as birds of prey, choughs ( a rare Corvid) inhabit the area too.
The coastal path in the direction of Tresaith ( and Penbryn beach, Llangranog and beyond) can be easily accessed from the village centre above the beach. The walk to Tresaith is mainly flat and wheelchair accessible for some of the route. It’s only a 40 minute walk.
As a contrast Penbryn to Llangrannog is considerably more demanding.
Above Aberporth on the opposite side of the beach on a hill is Penparc village and an ex MOD building. Next to the MOD is the coastal path continuation in the direction of Cardigan. Aberporth to Mwnt beach from there is a two hour walk. On the way you may run across a startled bird of prey on a ledge ( I have).
