Zero waste traveling can be difficult. Luckily Julie owns a shop on 1st that promotes a zero-waste lifestyle. The store is always stocked and has a variety of products. It's a nice walk to the shop and you get a discount if you say you did.

Looking for a place to walk or picnic? Rainbow Lagoon is quiet and serene. Across from this park is Shoreline Village with a bunch of fun restaurants and even a carousel. The whole area is very walkable, got out and discover.

Escape at the Aquarium. This place has so much to see including penguins! My favorite is the Jellyfish exhibit. Tickets are currently $37 per adult. Worth the money if you are looking for a break and a unique experience.
