Although the lavender blooms around May through the end of June but it is still a nice place to visit because they offer heritage food techniques and food preservation classes along with their culinary Lavender classes. Moreover, the unique goods this place offers such as bulk dried lavender, soaps, lotions, essential oils, lip balm, etc. Very scenic & nice addition to the Pine AZ experience.
