Eggs Benedict is the best I've ever had! They don't take reservations. Walk over and put your name down when you wake up/when they open, walk home make some coffee- by the time you're done with your cup they'll be ready to seat you. Otherwise you'll wait 1+hours to sit.

Everything is delish. Favorites: Fried oysters, and Fried Nasu & Maitake Mushrooms, Uni & Wagu Roll, and their sauces are soo good. They take reservations on Resy I think.

The best damn pizza in New York. And don't let anyone convince you otherwise. The rigatoni slice is incredible, anything with the vodka sauce is a winner. The white slice is great, they're known for their Sicilian and their Grandma pie. Vegan and GF options available too.

Sightseeing

Grab a bottle of Orange Wine across the street (I recommend natural orange with with high skin contact "funky"), then walk over to Domino to watch the sunset. If you're a runner go here to start your run, if you play volleyball there are sand volleyball pickup games everyday, a dog run for your pup, fountain for the kiddos. Or just take a moment to yourself and enjoy the view.

My favorite way to see the city, with a beer, on the roof of a ferry on a hot day. Sunny days in NYC, wind is a must! Take the ferry south to Red Hook Brewery. Or up to Greenpoint, or across the water to Manhattan.

Neighborhoods

Hip, walkable, friendly, funky! After living in Soho, I moved to Williamsburg because I loved the energy, the people, the shops and restaurants and bars, the parks, the view of the city, and how walkable everything is. There's so much to see in the neighborhood: South Williamsburg is more chill, live music and bar hopping in tennis shoes and jeans. North Williamsburg is getting more commercial- Whole Foods, Brooklinen, Apple Store, etc. but has everything you need! Bedford Ave (if you walk up the hill from my place on South 4th take a left on Bedford and walk until you reach Mccarren Park. Shops, bars, restaurants, parks, everything lives along this street. Kent ave and Domino park area is lovely. East Williamsburg is fun too, similar to South Williamsburg - more grungy and laid back. If you continue walking North on Kent you'll hit Greenpoint which is a wonderful neighborhood- it'll be the "next Williamsburg" in a few years.

Samgöngur

Subway (L or J) will get you to Manhattan in 10 mins.

Walk to Bedford and N7 for the L or walk to Marcy for the J. Or use your Lyft app to book a CityBike (station is right outside my place on Wythe and S 4th) and bike across the Williamsburg bride (there are electric bikes if you want to avoid getting sweaty since half is uphill). Or walk across the bridge to Manhattan. OR download the NYC ferry app and take the to Manhattan. I love the ferry and take it for fun all the time. They sell beer onboard and there's a roof deck, and tickets are only $2.75 (you can purchase tickets on the app). Taxi and Uber and Lyft are also options.
