Going to a sauna is pretty much a must do if you visit Scandinavia. This open-air swimming-baths is beautifully located and open to the public.

Food culture

Some of my favorite places to eat, that are close to the flat
Delicious Chinese street food that's not too expensive. Their sister restaurant that's wall to wall with this one has very good vegetarian (only) food.

My favorite restaurant in Malmö. Relaxed and not too pricey with European cuisine with a clear Scandinavian take on it.

When tourists ask where to eat Swedish meatballs, this is the place to go. They are open all week. If you are vegetarian or vegan and want to try sturdy Swedish food then head over to Gamle Nobes bodega, at Kristianstadsgatan 36, and get their cabbage pudding (only served vegan or vegetarian). They are also open all week

Fancy dining that do walk-ins! Looking for something more fancy to spoil your pallet then Mutantur is the place. The good thing - they do walk-ins so you don't have to book. The bad things - they are only open Monday to Friday ´.

Cute second-hand shops

Just around the corner are some of Malmö's cutest and best sorted second hand shops. I've put together them in a G**gle maps list, that I can send to you, if you want to explore them further.

Malmö - a 15 minute city

Malmö is a small city and everything is at biking distance with good infrastructure for walking, bikes and public transport. There's a bike sharing service that covers most of the city, that is called Malmö by bike. The bikes themselves are not that comfortable for trips longer than 20-25 minutes.
