Galien River County Park is a great location for casual hiking with frequent stops to enjoy the views. For the best wildlife viewing opportunities, visit the park in the early morning or evening. The park is open from dawn to dusk and closed in winter months. It is free.

One of my favorite beaches in the area with a perfect sandy beach and dunes to climb. There is also a concession area, ice cream and restrooms.
