Hunters Bay Trail is a beautiful walking trail, right downtown Huntsville. There are two places you can start the trail, right before the Centre St. Bridge, at KWH Pipe, or at Avery Beach in the West End. Beautiful views all along the water.

Fairy Vista Trail is one of my favourites. It's a beautiful trail for biking, roller blading, walking or running. It starts just out Highway 60, and can be found on google maps. Tons of nature and wildlife.

Port Sydney Falls is a great place to spend the day. Bring a picnic, and life jackets because the rapids are quite quick but fun to swim in.
