Trident is a great little coffee shop and book store combo. Definitely worth checking out. This is certainly a local favorite, you will find a diverse group of people from students to people doing work, reading books, etc.

This place has the best pizza, perfect for a date night but also super family-friendly. We are obsessed with their pizza and high level of customer service.

Efrains is certainly a favorite around here. It's a bit outside of downtown (must drive or get a ride), but the Mexican food is SO GOOD! Most authentic Mexican food in Boulder and killer margs.

Weather/Altitude
Bring a jacket, even if it's supposed to be 90 degrees your entire visit. The weather here changes FAST. You will also be at a high altitude here. It is not uncommon for first-time visitors to get altitude sickness. To avoid this, make sure you drink plenty of water and use sunscreen (you are closer to the sun)!
