Book a private nature walk with the founder, Laura Chavez Silverman. She will share her extensive knowledge and deep love of the forests surrounding the area, and her foraging tips since she is an expert! She is a local gem and we are grateful for her being a part of our community.
She also publishes beautifully illustrated field guides by season, and they're for sale by request. She also makes delicious cocktail bitters, tinctures, cooking salts and more- all using ingredients she foraged herself in our great lands.
