Gorgeous cathedral very much worth a visit to wander around.
The heritage steam or diesel train trains are gorgeous, and its lovely to take a wander around the restoration area too. It is wonderful for a day out with friends or children.

Parks & Nature
Whether you go in, or take a wander down the public walking path outside the park which also has views over the site and some placards to tell you more about the history, the whole place is worth a visit. I'm looking forward to going back over the summer. It is an excellent place to go with a dog.

Micro brewery and Thai restaurant, this place is really lovely. Lots of character and always a warm welcome. It is only a few minutes walk from the train station, and its a great place to stop for an hour or so if you arrive at the station a while before check in. There are regular festivals, live music and entertainment.
