Relatively new state park. There isn't a ton to do here, but the view is fantastic. You can walk down to the river, and also walk a trail that overlooks Sunset Bay. Highly recommend checking it out for a sunset.

Our favorite park in the area, located about 35 minutes from the house. Vast network of trails and a beautiful lake for kayaking, fishing, and swimming. No gas motors on the lake, so it is very peaceful.

Very neat amusement ride/experience at the Wilderness Resort. It's a very large movie type screen, that shows some local areas, as well as more well known landmarks. Similar to 'Soarin' at Disney. Very unique attraction.

A more exciting way to see the Wisconsin River. Recommend going on a warm day, you will most likely get a little wet.

Locally raised, fresh beef, chicken, and pork. Our personal favorites are the country style spare ribs with the steak seasoning on them. We also love their crab dip. They grill up very well on our charcoal grill. Great selection.
