Northwest of Highlands is a beautiful and well maintained
parking area and walking trail winding through falls flowing
over an overhanging bluff that allows visitors to walk under and remain relatively dry, hence its name.

While it's a 20 minute drive, it is a beautiful drive with views of the gorge and valley between Highlands and Cashiers. If you need to load up the fridge for your trip, this is the place to go. Good quality meats. Don't forget to get an Ingle's card on the way in for savings on your bill.
