It might not look like much from the outside, but this place has excellent Pho and will warm you up on a cold say after some sightseeing.

This is one of the best Taco Places in town. I highly recommend their seafood tacos.

This quaint little restaurant is always packed - so make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. The tapas style dishes are Mediterranean and Middle East fusion and in the summer there is a beautiful back patio.

The 14th and U St Corridor extends from the 14th and U intersection all the way to where 14th St hits Logan Circle. There are a lot of bars and restaurants with outdoor seating and outside of the pandemic there are a number of music halls, art galleries etc.

Just 7-10min. by foot away from the apartment is the 18th St corridor, with great restaurants from Korean, Japanese, Italian, Ethiopian, Spanish, Mexican - you name it, you will find it. There are also some small shops and coffee spots that invite for a stroll during the day.

Bishop's Garden is located right by the National Cathedral. In the summer, you can take a walk through the small Arboretum and herb garden. It makes for a great picnic place as well!

There is also a vibrant drum circle that practices here on Saturdays. From the top of the park you have a beautiful view across DC down 16th St all the way to the White House.

There is also a vibrant drum circle that practices here on Saturdays. From the top of the park you have a beautiful view across DC down 16th St all the way to the White House.

This is a medium sized music venue and a great location to catch a great concert. Have a bite to eat before at Thai Crossing a block away (but be warned: they don't do reservations and the lines are loooong).
