A beautiful 12th century ruins Abbey with renovated buildings and grounds. There are regular exhibtions and events throughout summer. The Abbey is just 10 minutes drive from the gite.

Beaches
The coast of the Manche is full of lovely beaches. The nearest is St Martin de Bréhal. Further south along the coast the are beaches and sea swimming pools at Granville and the pretty town of St Pair sur Mer. The next two along is Jollouville which has a long beach and many cafes, bars, shops and children's entertainment.
A working port as well as a seaside town with numerous shops and restaurants. Granville also hosts a huge 3 day Carnival in February. For fashionistas there is the cliff top Musee Christian Dior.
