Even though It is not the deepest canyon in the world (Kali Gandaki Gorge in Nepal is much deeper), the Grand Canyon is known for its visually overwhelming size and its intricate and colorful landscape. For thousands of years, the area has been continuously inhabited by Native Americans, who built settlements within the canyon and its many caves. The Pueblo people considered the Grand Canyon a holy site, and made pilgrimages to it.

Nightlife

Traditional nightclubs have been vlosed as per mandate from Nevada Governor Sisolak however bars and lounges have been reopened. Because of limited options for nightlife, lounges and bars have enjoyed larger than normal crowds. McFaddens is the perfect example of this. Nestled on the 2nd floor in the Town Square shopping center, this is the ideal destination to mingle with indigenous Las Vegans.

With the COVID-19 shutdown, options for nightlife are significantly fewer than normal. The silver lining is that Governor Sisolak has reopened bars & lounges. Blume is the closest thing you can get to the nightclub atmosphere. Be warned: Due to higher than normal crowds, patrons must make a reservations (I suggest the day before because they sell out pretty quickly). This place is very classy, has a DJ and the food is amazing. Its a bit far, but well worth the trip if you're looking for something that at least resembles the usual pre-COVID-19 Vegas experience.
