Boating around Goodland
There is a navigable waterway directly off the canal- immediate access to the renowned, protected 10,000 Islands Wildlife Preserve. Be sure to checkout Kice Island, Keewadin, Caxambas Pass and the Cape Romano Dome Homes for stunning, desolate beaches and incredible fishing. Please note florida fishing licences are required and can be purchased at local marinas or bait stores.
Our dock is extremely shallow at low tide so plan your in and out times accordingly. The lift requires a key and can be found in the nook off kitchen entryway. Lift accommodates 6000lb, up to 25 ft.

Beaches!
Best and closest public access beach by car is Tigertail Beach: 32 acres of one of the world’s most important habitats for wintering and nesting shorebirds. Listed in the Great Florida Birding Trail Guide as one of the best all-around birding locations in southwest Florida. Also beautiful is the South Marco Beach Access. The parking lot is located on Swallow Avenue and is a short walk across South Collier Boulevard to a one-acre beach access. The walk is lined with sabal palm and is surrounded by plush hotels on Marco Island.
