Publix is the local grocery store. Within the Publix at the deli section there is a sub station. These subs are the best! Perfect for a boat or beach day!

Sunblock
Nothing will ruin you trip like getting burnt day 1. Wear sunblock, hats and sunglasses. Remember South Florida is a tropical climate, the humidity can be unreal at times. Light clothing, baby powder and a rain jacket are things to consider.

Las Olas
Las Olas is the main strip. It has all the bars, restaurant and shops. It leads all the way down to the beach. I'd recommend one night just walking down to check it out all that it has to offer.
