The lake has several parks and beaches with easy access. In the warm months swimming is a favorite local activity. Enjoy activities such as fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, skiing, sailing. A dedicated dog park is located at Zumwalt Park, and you can picnic all around the lake. The Long Tom as well as other water ways connect in and out of the lake.
