One of our favorite places to go in town and it's in walking distance from our house. It has the best sushi and maki's around, and there Beyond Burger is great (garden burger) as well as there Town Burger. Great atmosphere, inside or outside.

For an early morning trip up island you want to check out LAMBERTS COVE BEACH. it is gorgeous!! only issue is parking. you would have to go early in the morning to get a spot but leave by 9 A.M. or they will ticket you if you don't have a town sticker. WORTH IT!!

For an early morning trip up island you want to check out LAMBERTS COVE BEACH. it is gorgeous!! only issue is parking. you would have to go early in the morning to get a spot but leave by 9 A.M. or they will ticket you if you don't have a town sticker. WORTH IT!!
State Beach, a calm part of the Vineyard Sound, is 2 miles away heading toward Oaks Bluff, an easy 11 minute bike ride. It's also the home of the famous "Jaws Bridge", where "bridge jumping" is a commonly performed summer ritual at the "Big Bridge".

We take a 7 minute drive to our favorite walk in the morning along Atlantic Drive, Edgartown. You see the ocean and landscape while hearing the wide array of bird life as you walk from one end to the other and back, about 2 miles.
