Although the food is hit or miss, you can sit outside and drink while you watch the world go by. Phoenicia is much more of a real small town than Woodstock. The umbrellas are not as high end as the Colony’s and you might get a little wet but if you are more interested in hanging with the freaked out locals who are mostly all in for the worst winter yet, go here and buy rounds of shots for your neighboring table. Spread the stimulus!

Get a drink to go and stroll through Woodstock. Make sure to throw money in someone’s hat if they are playing an instrument even if they suck.

Although I think you shouldn’t be partying during this time of financial insecurity for so many....perhaps you need to. The Colony has set up picnic tables with umbrellas and are serving food and drink and music at the rear end of the municipal parking lot. It’s a far cry from the normal experience there, but nonetheless live music. Might as well support the arts before all the artists leave this mock town.
