Absolutely wonderful place to go for Ramen. The service is warm and friendly and the food is great. I have had Ramen in Japan and while nothing can beat that for authenticity this place comes close.

Love this burger joint! Having studied in the US, it's hard to find a great burger outside but let me tell you - this place almost knocks any US burger joint out of the water, it's THAT good!

An absolute must and a French restaurant that you will not forget so easily. Wonderful food, wine and atmosphere. The combination of flavors in the food is absolutely spectacular.

Wonderful Biergarten in the summer! Do try to sit outside underneath the large oak trees. The atmosphere is wonderful.

While the Alte Pinakothek, located a block away, contains 'old' paintings, the Neue contains 18th and 19th century art. I recommend going during off-peak hours. Yet, on Sundays it's 1 EUR only.

Coming to terms with History! Munich was the place where it all began. And this is the best Museum about the Nazi-regime. Countless photos, videos, and reading material in both German and English.

This is an amazing museum. I love it! This is the place to see modern art in Munich, including artists from Der Blaue Reiter movement.

This is a fantastic German theatre that perform all sorts of plays. However there is also a very stylish bistro within the court yard called "Meschugge" (Insider tip!)

This is definetly my favourite supermarket in the area, from a huge fromage, and butcher counter to exotic frutis and vegetables. EDEKA has it all.

This church allows you to climb the stairs all the way to the top for a stunning 360° view. Do check the opening times though. Under good weather conditions, the view is spectacular!!!
