The flat is a 5 minute walk down to Boscombe Pier, with 7 miles of Bournemouth Bay Beach to explore along the promenade from Hengistbury Head in the East, along to Sandbanks in the West with Bournemouth Pier a 30 minute walk Westwards.
There are several local water sports hire places, closest being Sorted Surf Shop next to Urban Reef to the East of the pier.
