Waterpoint Center has much to offer. Although on the south side of the lake, it is near most of the recreation of Lake Conroe. You will find many restaruants and shopping available by boat/lakeside. On this side of the lake, you can find popular places like Jack n Box, McDonald's, Starbucks, Subway, Marble Slab, CVS, and more...all accessible by boat. There are many lakeside dining options to choose from such as seafood, Mexican food, and sushi to name a few.

Waterpoint Marina on Lake Conroe
