Very much a city coffee for those who are seriously palate tuned for favorite roasts and brewing/heating
preparation. Sound snobby, it is, BUT the kids who work here are lovely humans, trust me. These kids know what they are doing, they are artistic and don’t want to make you a burned ass cup of coffee
