Being a landscape gardener apprentice I love to share green spaces and here are some of my favorites :-)
Søerne (The lakes) - evening stroll, ducks and swans. Dronning Louises bro is the place to sit in the summer months with friends. Neon signs light up by that bridge in the evening.

In summer this place i great to explore on bicycle if you like to get out of the city. Birds, airplanes, cows, horses and marshlands.
Go by the kitch "Flyvergrillen" if you are thirsty or hungry. - old school greasy Danish food.

Beautiful old park/forest - best to visit in the summer or when there is lots of snow :)
Nice beach just close to the train station Klampenborg.

Nordhavn is an industrial area that is being developed into a new neighborhood. Interesting for architects or people interested in urban spaces. Try walking up on the big car parking house - nice views.
There is a nice sunny dock right behind Nordhavn St. where you can sit and enjoy the water(take a swim in the closed area) enjoy the views and watch the red S-trains and boats go by. Go exploring and get lost if you like harbour areas.

Botanical gardens, free outdoor space, costs money to enter the palm houses. There can be spotted turtles in the outdoor ponds. Nice little shop by the Nørreport entrance.
