What can I say about this amazing store. The factory is right there and you can see them make the cheese through this big window. Ice cream, cheese, curds and gifts all under one amazing roof. Go down River Street/(turns into Crookston road) and follow it until hwy 62 and head south for 5 mins. You can't miss it! Takes 15 mins from Tweed.

Gorgeous beaches! Great hiking, and picnic areas. Approx 1 hour drive from Tweed but there are rarely any vacancies in Picton during the summer.....and the nightly rates in this area tend to be cheaper :)

Lovely park, with nice shallow water (flat rock bottom) for wading in. Nice hiking and bike there also. (I think there is a $5 fee for these kinds of parks now)

I love this place! Great summer concept of complete patio dining. Self serve and grab a seat and watch all the motorcycles go by. 20 mins from Tweed in the town of Tamworth (go via Marlbank road) This place is the epitome of summer in my books!
