When we are in Pipa, we stay at Madeiro 5 days a week... it is pieceful paradize... good vibe, beautiful people, dolphins, sea turtles and the best long board surfing beach.
You can take a bus outside the front enterance in 3R$ per person (kids are for free) or take a taxi that will cost 20R$
