We passed by Guarantee for a year before realising this was a hidden gem. Choose your bread type and compose your sandwich. They have a great cheese selection, hams and meats, grilled veggies, home made pestos and sauces. My husband loves their roast beef and béarnaise sandwich (Saturdays only) while I like the grilled vegetables and goat cheese.
