Essentials

The closest grocery, Marsh on 38th Street, recently closed. There is a Target on 38th next to the old Marsh that sells food if you need something really quick. Otherwise, I drive up to 86th Street and head east to Trader Joe's. It's about a 15 minute drive.

Shopping

Drive north 15 minutes to Brick Street in Zionsville, a village founded in 1852, for lots of boutique shopping, wine tasting at Hopwood's Cellar, many options for eating like the Salty Cowboy, Noah Grant's, Cobblestone Grill, and Villaggio's. Visit The Sanctuary to see the art of Nancy Noel. If you have a sweet tooth, stop by Ganache Chocolatier, My Sugar Pie, or The Lemon Bar -- YUMMY!
