The Condo is located in the center of Tbilisi. There is two metro station nearby and it's easy to go to the old district of Tbilisi, which has many tourist destinations. There are hot sulfur baths here, as well as various old churches. Old Tbilisi is interesting from an ethnic point of view, where representatives of different ethnic groups are living together for many decades. Good cafes, restaurants and wine cellars are also located here.

If you want to go shopping, I recommend the shopping center called "City Mall". It is a 5-10 minute walk to the shopping center. There is also Cinemas, Restaurants, Cafes and brand boutiques.

Narikala is an ancient fortress overlooking Tbilisi. The fortress consists of two walled sections on a steep hill between the sulphur baths and the botanical gardens of Tbilisi. It can be reached by municipal bus or underground. So you can enjoy the views of the river and the old town.

Subways're the fastest way to get in Old district of Tbilisi
Near my apartment there are two metro stations: "Vazha Pshavela" and "Delisi", from which you can go to "Freedom Square" or "Rustaveli" metro station, then you can walk to old Tbilisi by foot.
