National Arboretum is a great place to get away from the busy DC life. A very quick drive here and its almost as if you're no longer in the city. Great for groups, couples, or even the lone wanderer. Feel free to drive your car through the Arboretum going from one stop to another.

Getting Around
I'm a nerd for historic train stations and Union Station is one of the best! Union Station connects with Metro, Amtrak, MARC, and a wide range of buses. Enjoy reading about the history in the coffee table book!
