One of the best way to take a tour of the city is by tram on a Sunday. It is available fro 12 till 20 local time. The price is 15 lei for an adult and 5 lei for children (7-14 years old). Reservations can be made by telephone 0725234532, from Monday to Friday between 8-16.

Union Square is one of the places to be in Timisoara, as it has a few of the cities main tourist attractions, an animated day life with terraces and pubs, as well as a rich night life. The historic pastel-hued buildings line the square and they give you the impression you are in an Austrian square, amongst then the Romano-Catholic Cathedral, The Baroque Palace, The Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, Bruck Palace are the main attractions.
It recently got a new look as an open space dedicated to city's cultural events and during the works the 16th century Turkish Public Bath was discovered.
