Out the door, around the Back Cove and home is about a 4 mile walk. Most of the trail is a wide stone dust path with grass on one side and water on the other. Great skyline views of the peninsula and plenty of year round sunshine.

Follow the East End trail our the door and around to the beach. Dog are permitted off leash and under voice command during certain times. Summer: Memorial Day to Labor Day, Before 9am and after 5pm. Winter: Day after Labor Day until Memorial day - anytime during park hours, 5am - 10pm.

Quarry Run is a 5 acre fenced in Dog Park. It can get crowded during popular times but is a great place for your pup to get out con energy. There is also a 1 mile loop (not fenced) that sits out behind the park and connects to the Portland Trail system.

Note: outside patios in Maine are a seasonal luxury at restaurants and some breweries, please call ahead to confirm that they are open.
