To reach the Santuario di Montenero, great view!
You can use it to reach Piazza delle carrozze from Piazza del Santuario. Then take the bus "LAM Rossa" to reach the city center (about 20 min, stop at "Attias" or "Grande 3").

Just go south on Strada statale Aurelia (SS1), and follow the coast. Stop wherever you want, and go down through one of thethousands paths available to reach the sea level. Wear shoes and be careful!
