Canasta Kitchen uses a secret ingredient when they make their delicious Mexican cuisine, the same ingredient used in the cooking of many mothers and grandmas love, or the Spanish translation “amor.” After the Canasta Kitchen’s food truck’s tremendous popularity, owners Ivan Tellez and Carlos Rivas decided to open a restaurant. The minimalist decor in the cafe is modern and comfortable. There is also a small outdoor seating area. The owners are often present in the restaurant, willing to greet each customer with a friendly smile. The breakfast menu features a range of Mexican-influenced dishes, including huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, eggs, and omelets. Concord Tap House was born from a dream to bring great beer to midtown Concord. We opened this tap house because we hope to be a gathering place for our community here. So we have created a fun, casual and comfortable space to serve beer, wine, and food. We feature 24 rotating taps and a great selection of red and white wines with some fun pub classic food items to go with them. The Concord farmers market is home to over 30 different local vendors from all over the area.
