A warm, friendly and cozy cafe, where books are accumulated and friendships are built. Tranquil is an understatement in describing this blissful one-room hideaway, where it’s all too easy to forget about it all and escape into a world of your own. Choose between freshly dripped brewed coffee and espresso technology to mix with condensed milk and revel in the resultant smooth and silky oral pleasure. If that makes the experience sound erroneously erotic

They serve eel in six different ways here. You should try this eel with vermicelli called miến lươn trộn. most eel in Vietnam is dried then deep-fried so it’s crispy like dried anchovies. They were very crunchy but still had that signature sweetness. Legend claims in the mid-15th century Heaven sent Emperor Ly Thai To a magical sword, which he used to drive the Chinese from Vietnam. After the war a giant golden turtle grabbed the sword and disappeared into the depths of this lake to restore the sword to its divine owners, inspiring the name Ho Hoan Kiem (Lake of the Restored Sword). The area is best Fridays to Sundays when nearby traffic is banned 7pm to midnight and a public-square, funfair vibe takes over.
