Beautiful setting inside and out (seat outside if its not too cold), great food and even better drinks. The Drake is how we discovered PEC and as an added bonus its close enough that you can walk there and back if you really had to and had a few drinks too many :).
Ask about Kareoke nights and live music nights - they are fun!

Happy, loud, and busy place during weekends and some evenings - the tiny menu changes regularly as do the beers (made on site) on tap but ALL OF IT is GREAT.
it is a 11 minute walk, I can run it in 5 minutes if I drink two beers or less :)

Beautiful wood barn with a bunch of friendly people inside helping you taste some of the County's oldest (no wine is THAT old around here but we are talking 20 years or so) and best wines.

Parks & Nature
Before everyone discovered PEC's wineries and restaurants everyone used to come to see Sandbanks Provincial Park - it has three expansive sandy beaches that are among the best in Canada; and Outlet Beach is perfect for families, with shallow waters and gentle drop off.
The park is a bird migration hotspot in spring and fall and walking trails allow visitors to experience the dune and wetland habitats of the park.
There are daily interpretive programming for the whole family during summer months and it is a great starting point to explore PEC by car or bicycle to find wineries, food and antiques

We don't go out much in the County but if you wanted to listen to live music, have drinks, and let your hair loose a bit - this is THE place. All events are licensed and you require a government issued ID to prove you are over the age of 19. It is 34 minute drive from the house.
