Södervärn is a southern hub for Malmö's buses. Check out the timetables at skanetrafiken.se. There you can find the right bus through submitting your destination and see which platform the different buses leave from. It's a bit tricky buying the tickets for the bus: either pay with credit card on the bus, or get a "jojo-kort" at one of Skånetrafikens customer service centers. The easiest way if you have a smartphone is probably to download the Skånetrafiken app, where you can purchase tickets straight away.
