Health and safety first. In the unlikely event that you need to attend A&E please bare in mind that the closest hospital with accident and emergency is the RVI in the city centre. The nearby Freeman hospital does NOT offer Accident and Emergency.

Getting Around

Bus numbers 52 (ask for 'Haymarket' station) and 38 (ask for 'John Dobson Road' station for down town or 'Central station' for national rail connections) will both get you to the city centre. Both of these buses will also bring you back (ask for 'Newton Road co-op station' for your return journey. PS: buses accept card payments but you have to mention this before you mention your destination otherwise the bus drivers get stroppy!
