1001 Ponce De Leon Ave NEIf you've ever read a blog post about Atlanta, it probably included a remark about the "Murder Kroger". This is it! Although, people have been murdered in this parking lot, the recent area additions, including Ponce City Market and the Beltline have helped to renew the area and it's safety. I go to this location frequently and always feel safe. As an Atlanta staple, it may be cool to go home and tell your friends that you visited the famous "Murder Kroger". PS - the store is trying very hard to officially change the name to "Beltline Kroger", but I don't think the locals are going to allow it :)

This is our own personal "Cheers" if you will. My team of friends and neighbors call this "Home Base" because that's exactly what it is to us. This is our meet up spot and we are friends with most of the staff (who all rock by the way). If you are interested in visiting a bar during your stay, go here! They also serve food and it's really good!

This is our own personal "Cheers" if you will. My team of friends and neighbors call this "Home Base" because that's exactly what it is to us. This is our meet up spot and we are friends with most of the staff (who all rock by the way). If you are interested in visiting a bar during your stay, go here! They also serve food and it's really good!
If you are here when the weather is nice, this place has a rockin' patio. Many a Sunday-Funday have occurred on this patio. They also have games, like darts, shuffle board, etc.

The Local is one of the locals favorite spots. Open only in the evenings, this place is great to grab a beer or whiskey. Don't let the vibe fool you, this place also has decent food, and their wings have been voted best in Atlanta. Seriously, if you eat meat, get the wings!
