700 m from the apartment is Kaffebrenneriet, Grønland. Very nice location, excellent for weekend breakfast/lunch. They serve the best coffe. Indoor and outdoor serving.

Sightseeing
A short walk from my apartment is the Operahouse, built just a few years ago. In addition to great performances you can also use the spot as a place for sightseeing. There are often free concerts!

A must-see for visitors. The park has roots back to old farms in the 17th century, and was completed by Gustav Vigeland in 1950.

This is clearly my favorite place in town. If you ever wantched "Friends" and remember Central Perk, this is Oslo's equivalent. You get your coffe and bears here in a nice, retro miljeu.
