This beach has a great parking lot (free) and park with a nice play area for kids before heading down to the beach. It’s less busy than the bigger, more popular beaches in the area because it does take some effort to get down to (big set of stairs). It’s our family’s preferred beach nearby!

Quaint little beach in a campground area that my wife visited frequently as a kid. We still go there to camp and enjoy the water, but it’s close and easy to get to! Only downside is you have to pay to use this beach, but it’s less than $10 and definitely keeps the crowds at bay!

Beautiful beach with plenty of room and trails to explore. There are grills available if you bring your own charcoal, and it has really well kept restroom facilities to boot!

Great pizza, Italian food, and burgers about 1 mile down the road from the AirBnB. It’s a staple in the area, but it’s cash only! They do provide an ATM onsite. We encourage you to try the lasagna!

If you’re looking for a high-end, super unique dining experience, this is your spot! Make sure you call to set a reservation ahead of your stay because I can promise you this place will be busy. Incredible food and incredible drinks! We’ve never been disappointed.
