It comes up here as pilates which I love here too, but it's better known for the yoga. My favourite teachers: Tash and Amy who are trained in a tantric tradition, Rachel who weaves a deep understanding of philosophy into her classes, and Mel for yin that completely relaxes the nervous system. For more a athletic style, try Andrew or Christian.

Be sure to check with locals how the water is before jumping in - they'll warn you if there happen to be jellyfish or a strong current that day.
