We have been going here for years and love the food with the Cajun flair. The environment is nice, the food is consistently good, and the pricing is reasonable. Call ahead for reservations on busy weekends or holidays.

Entertainment & Activities
Fishing in the bay here is really nice early in the summer. Also good in early fall. I am quite sure you can get fish all year round if you are dedicated. The fishing guides in the area are very knowledgeable. Good for family time - I would recommend a short bay trip first with the kids to see how they like it, then go for an offshore excursion. If you have any concerns about seasickness, get the Dramamine patch!

Wow - overwhelming, but you can find some great stuff (that you may or may not need :-)) at good prices. Be prepared for large crowds on sunny days. There are probably more than 100 shops here for all the name brands. If you are a little sunburned or just want to change things up a bit, it's a nice shopping area. Rainy days are good as well if you can't take advantage of the beach!

Wow - this a GREAT state park. Clean, family friendly, and natural. Clean restrooms and great camping right in the park with an unbelievable view of the Gulf. Sunny days go on forever here. Bring a tent or pop up shade and make a day of it.
