In the Bingin area there is a transport organization which helps co-ordinate the drivers in the village. They have set rates and your hotel/villa staff can assist with booking them for you and advising the rate for your destination.

I recommend you downloading "Gojek" prior to your trip.
This is an application similar to Uber. From food delivery option service to transport for a small cost.
Please note some areas in Bali (including Bingin) will not allow Gojek (or Grab which is similar) to pick up guests as each are has their own transport service.
However, once the app is downloaded & it gauges your location it will advise you if GoJek is allowed at your location.

Please be mindful when traveling around the island & do not wear swimwear into cafe's / restaurants / through the village, if you have a sarong please just throw it over. However, if your at the beach or around the pool swimwear is more than fine!
