Sightseeing
If you're staying with us, you should definitely take a walk along Boulevard East for some beautiful views of Manhattan. Hamilton Park is a nice grassy spot to sit and relax, about a 10 minute walk.

Parks & Nature
NJ has a surprising amount of beautiful parks, considering most of us visit for its proximity to NYC. The Palisades is fantastic because in addition to having many miles of hiking & biking trails it's SO close to our urban area. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes from our apt. There are picnic areas & playgrounds, dogs are allowed, and some of the views of the Hudson & NYC are incredible. We go up here regularly since it's so close, and enjoy ourselves spending anywhere from an hour to all day hiking and being surrounded by nature. Ask if you're interested!
