Love this local place that has a great jukebox, a ton of live music, and a tasty frito pie served in the bag! 5. Minutes away and a comfy spot with a pool table and dart boards as well.

Great old school, but newly renovated music venue. They feature special events in the large back room like bluegrass, rockabilly bands, and line dancing has started up in the big back room again!

Gerst is my favorite beer in town!! Partnered up with the Gerst Haus (german restaurant in town) to recreate their amazing beer! They have recently moved up north of me but are still making great beer!!

It is beautiful hotel with a terrarium with amazing plant life and a riverboat ride with waterfalls along with a history lesson about the hotel. Many special events happen at the hotel per season.

If you like hot food, just GO!!!!! Very good, hole in the wall place that has been serving hot chicken for over 70 years! While it was only 7 min from my house, it burned and now you’d have to visit the one in the Aaembly Food Hall downtown or drive to the one on the south side of town. Still worth it!

While it was only 7 min from my house, it burned and now you’d have to visit the one in the Aaembly Food Hall downtown or drive to the one on the south side of town. Still worth it!
