Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio.

The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker, etc. Please see photos for what is provided.

Eignin
This corner unit has windows facing south, west, and north. The bed and couch are both high quality and very comfortable. If you need the sleeper sofa made up, please let us know!

Maximum occupancy is 2 persons, regardless of age. This is a strict rule of the HOA. Do not book if you are more than two.

Linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided. Fresh locally roasted drip coffee is also provided.
We offer Roku streaming entertainment with the Spectrum App for live TV.

Please note that this studio DOES NOT have a conventional kitchen. There is a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker with coffee, small instapot, blender, electric skillet, plates, silverware, wine key, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, pots & pans, a bowl, and various utensils. There is only one (bathroom) sink. If you need a full kitchen, I co-host other rentals that may be better suited to your needs!

Park in any space in any of the Tomboy Lodge lots and hang the tag in your car.

We recently added a few items to enhance your stay:

-Ceiling fan with dimmable light
-A white noise machine for sleeping
-An alarm clock with blue tooth speaker and USB port in the back for charging devices
-2 outlets with 2 USB ports in each
-Small "instapot" pressure/slow cooker
-humidifier

ONCE YOU'VE BOOKED, PLEASE PRINT OUT THE HOUSE MANUAL WITH VERY IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION!

Some cell phone carriers have spotty service in Telluride. This is one reason it is important to have the directions and check-in info printed, in case you cannot access it on your phone when you've arrived to town.

*Inquiries asking to circumvent AirBnB will not be considered.

*Please note, any requests for early check-in MUST be made prior to arrival to town.

*AirBnB does not collect the security deposit up-front. You are only charged if damage is reported after your stay.

*AirBnB collects taxes paid to the state of Colorado. We collect the 9% tax paid to the Town of Telluride (shown as a 9% increase to the advertised rate prior to booking).

*We have a GREAT hot tub. Hours are 9am to 9pm.
*The hot tub is maintained by the HOA and is generally available for your use but is subject to their maintenance and repair schedule. We cannot guarantee that it will be operational during your stay.

**Tomboy Property Management's actions in response to COVID-19:
We have always taken pride in our high cleanliness ratings. In response to the “new normal”, we are taking extra steps with your health and safety in mind.
-One full day between “turns", the property will be aired out and sprayed with disinfectant after check-out and before the cleaning crew arrives. All linens will be changed, including all duvet covers.
We use Melaleuca brand spray disinfectant which uses Thymol; this is a natural product that is approved by the CDC as effective against coronavirus.
-Disposable masks, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray are available for you to use during your stay.

What we ask of our guests:
-Please stay home if you are sick. We will be here when you are feeling well and will be happy to host you then.
-Please follow CDC guidelines and local laws regarding hand washing, mask wearing, and physical distancing.


CANCELLATION POLICY – FALL & WINTER 2020-21
Due to the evolving circumstances around COVID-19, Tomboy Property Management is happy to extend the following cancellation policies:

For stays November 1, 2020 – April 5, 2021, a 7-DAY CANCELLATION policy is in place for non-peak periods:
Cancel prior to 7 days from your arrival date to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night’s rate and tax. One night’s rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.

If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.

PEAK PERIODS include the following dates: December 18-January 2, February 11-20, March 5-20.

For stays during or including these dates, cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night’s rate and tax. One night’s rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.

If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, you will receive a credit to be applied towards a future stay. A refund may be sent if we rebook any of the nights over the forfeited dates.

Traveler is responsible for canceling within the appropriate timeframe. Travel insurance is encouraged. Not valid on stays of 30 days or more.

If a future town, county, state or federal ordinance is enacted preventing the completion of your reservation with Tomboy Property Management, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your reservation (or remaining nights) toward a future stay, valid for one year from the date of your cancelled or interrupted stay. Refunds will not be issued.

Finally, THANK YOU for choosing to visit Telluride and stay with us. We appreciate the difficult decisions surrounding travel and expenses and we hope your stay allows you to “get away from it all” and enjoy the beauty and serenity of our mountains!

I love sharing our town with our guests. Every time a visitor appreciates the magic of this place, it allows me to experience it again, too. I try to bring a lot of love to a space, so the guests feel it when they arrive. I've had at least three couples get engaged while staying at our cozy little condos so I must be doing something right! Every suggestion and criticism is heard and every problem is addressed ASAP.
