This is a brand new construction neighborhood in south western Arvada with beautiful townhomes and single family homes. We are in a great area with the Van Bibber greenway and open space only steps from the front door. We have mountain views and we love this part of Arvada. As we say: "The west side is the best side".

Hi, my name is Sophia! I am an Acupuncturist & my husband Sig is a high school history teacher. We love dogs (ours especially: Juniper, a rescued boxer-terrier mix), bloody marys, good beer, reading, hiking and new adventures! We love eating at local restaurants and getting to know the local way of life. We enjoy being outdoors and our absolute favorite thing to do is people watch (with good company of course).

We will generally be traveling together and we are both extremely respectful of your space and rules. Our goal is to travel as much as possible and we love the idea of utilizing Airbnb as a way to truly get to know a city! We enjoy getting to know locals and are open to any recommendations!

We also run our own Airbnb in Arvada, Colorado (right outside of Denver) and love sharing our space and getting to know travelers!

**Please note that your room is on the 1st floor of a three story townhouse. While this is the only room on the first floor, we do come down onto this floor to let our dog out through the front door and/or go out through the garage. When you are in your room, we will do our best to be quiet so as not to disrupt you and your stay.**
